Michael Donahue

Michael Donahue

Owner

Michael was born and raised in Des Moines. While a freshman at the University of Iowa, he discovered and pursued the career of Athletic Training. He worked with a variety of sports programs, including wrestling, gymnastics, football, and track and field. As a senior, he received the William Larry Sayles Award for outstanding work as a student athletic trainer in the clinical and academic setting. He graduated in 2012, and holds Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training, as well as Bachelors of Science in Health and Sports Studies degrees with a minor in psychology.
Otto Krueger

Owner

Prior to becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Krueger worked as a board certified athletic trainer in the Dubuque, Davenport, and Peoria areas. During this time, he also acquired a board certified license in massage therapy. While a chiropractic student and then a graduate, he helped incorporate athletic training and massage therapy into chiropractors’ offices and patients’ treatment plans. Dr. Krueger graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, in 2004. He has owned Krueger Chiropractic since 2006.
Ashley Weier

Ashley Weier

Assistant

Ashley graduated from Iowa State University in May 2013 with a degree in Athletic Training. While at Iowa State, she worked with a variety of NCAA Division 1 teams, including wrestling, basketball, football, soccer, and softball. She also worked with various teams at Ames High School, as well as the Drake University football team. As a student, she volunteered as an athletic trainer at the Iowa High School State Wrestling Tournament, and a National Judo competition.

Heather Anderson

Heather Anderson

Manager

Heather graduated from the University of Iowa in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. After graduation, she spent her time working with children in Iowa City. She relocated to Ankeny where she pursued massage therapy at La James International College, and obtained her license in 2005. Heather furthered her massage therapy education by specializing in prenatal, infant, pediatric, and Swedish massage. In 2013, she received her certificate as a Nursing Assistant from DMACC. She has worked at Krueger Chiropractic since 2009, and joined the staff of The Athletic Training Room as the clinic manager.
